1. Purpose of Waitlist
The waitlist allows interested individuals to reserve a spot for the potential purchase of reptiles when availability is limited or upcoming.
2. No Guarantee of Availability
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to a specific animal, sex, morph, or delivery timeframe. Availability is subject to breeding outcomes, hatch rates, health assessments, and inventory at the time of offering.
3. Limited Quantities
Waitlist fulfillment is subject to availability. Entries may be limited to quantities on hand, and not all requests will be fulfilled. We reserve the right to limit the number of animals per customer or per offering.
4. First-Come, First-Served
Waitlist positions are honored in the order received. When animals become available, we will contact individuals in sequence according to their waitlist position.
5. Notification and Response Time
You will be notified via the contact information provided. You must respond within 48–72 hours of notification to confirm your interest. If no response is received within this timeframe, we will contact the next person on the waitlist, and your position may be skipped or forfeited.
6. Deposit Policy
Unless otherwise specified, no deposit is required to join the waitlist. Once an animal is offered and you confirm interest, a non-refundable deposit may be required to hold the animal. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of offer.
7. Preferences and Requests
We will make every effort to honor specific requests (e.g., sex, coloration, morph), but such requests are not guaranteed unless confirmed and secured by deposit.
8. Separate Submissions Per Species
Requests for multiple species must be submitted as separate waitlist entries. This helps us manage interest and availability accurately and ensures fair communication.
9. Non-Transferability
Waitlist positions are non-transferable and cannot be sold, traded, or reassigned to another individual.
10. Repeated Non-Response
Repeated failure to respond to availability notifications may result in removal from the waitlist and disqualification from future list placements.
11. Health & Shipping Policy
All reptiles are shipped healthy and in accordance with our Live Arrival and Health Guarantee.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update, modify, or cancel the waitlist or these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
